Minimum GHS 300 per school per term (nursery, crèche and KG) · GHS 600 (primary) · GHS 800 (JHS).
Your minimum is the one for the highest level you teach. It is a floor, not a cap: above it you pay per student.
A school with 20 primary and 10 JHS students pays 20 × GHS 10 + 10 × GHS 15 = GHS 350 — below its GHS 800 JHS minimum, so it pays GHS 800 per term.
